Role OverviewWe are seeking a Small Cell RF Technician to join our team in Fairfield, CA. In this role you will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining and repairing low-powered cellular radio access nodes to expand 5G and LTE network capacity.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years in telecom or electrical installation
- Background in telecommunications, fiber optics, electrical work, or line utility construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, RF Data Sheets (RFDS), Bill of Materials (BOM), and wiring schematics
- Ability to interpret schematics, line diagrams, and construction prints
- Comfortable working outdoors at heights (using bucket trucks or ladders) and lifting up to 50–70 pounds
- Able to feed power conduit and fiber optic cables into enclosures
- Able to securely install sub-boxes, poles, or racks
- Able to erect wood, metal, or plastic forms to retain wet concrete
- Able to set stringlines and verify elevations using lasers and transits
- OSHA 10, RF Safety, and First Aid/CPR certifications are highly preferred
