Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Tool Technician (Mechanic) at their rental facility in Odessa, TX. As a Tool Technician, you'll perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools under the supervision of higher-tier technicians. You'll also use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
  • Use technology (laptops, tablets, and mobile phone) comfortably
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools
  • Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
  • Able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
