Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations, and ensuring that equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • 1+ years of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine issues
  • Certification in small engine repair (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
