Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, and providing support to customers through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • Diagnose mechanical issues in small engine-powered equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and air filter replacements
  • Repair or replace faulty components
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations
  • Document service work performed and ensure accurate records are kept for each job
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Stay current with new small engine technologies and repair methods
