This role includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine service, and providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • 1+ years of experience working with small engines
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • 3+ years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
