Role OverviewThe Small Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines used in outdoor power equipment. This position includes diagnosing mechanical problems, performing routine services, and providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.
What You Will Do
Diagnose mechanical problems, perform routine maintenance, repair or replace defective components, provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations, and document the service work performed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
- More than 1 year of experience working with small engines
- Certification in small engine repair
- More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of small engines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service
