Job Description
The Small Engine Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, and snow blowers. The role includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine service, and providing support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics
  • 1+ years of experience working with small engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine issues
  • Certification in small engine repair
  • 3+ years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
