Role OverviewAs a Smart Home Product Trainer, you will be visiting local retail stores and training their teams on eufy Smart Locks and Security Cameras. You will have the flexibility to build your own schedule during store hours and will be required to complete structured 1-hour visits per store according to program cadence. You will also be responsible for conducting audits, documenting merchandising, inventory, and competitive insights, and delivering impactful kickoff and biweekly reinforcement training sessions.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering impactful kickoff and biweekly reinforcement training sessions, educating associates on eufy Smart Lock features, benefits, installation basics, and competitive advantages, building strong partnerships with department supervisors and store leadership, and increasing brand awareness and recommendation rates through consistent education.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail, field training, field marketing, or sales
- Background in hardware, home improvement, smart home technology, or security products preferred
- Experience presenting or training small groups preferred
- Access to a personal iPhone or Android smartphone for on-site reporting
