What You Will Do
Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing TikTok global incentive and guidance campaigns across various markets/regions. Conduct data analysis and regular performance tracking to provide insights. Identify anomalies and coordinate resources for follow-up and deep dives to support business growth.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

- Proficient in Excel/SQL and familiar with common data analysis methods
- Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and curiosity about business presence on TikTok
