Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit, maintain regular and punctual attendance, and act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Requirements
- High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.
- ServSafe Certification.
