Job Description
We're looking for a SMS Safety Assurance Lead to help us evolve our Safety Management System into a world-class SMS. You'll be responsible for managing global SMS audit program, overseeing Corrective Action Management, and preparing trend analysis for Safety Review Board and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or similar discipline
  • At least 5 years working with aviation safety, product safety or quality programs
  • Experience working with regulations and standards, auditing to the same, identifying and conducting Root Cause analysis, identifying Corrective Actions, monitoring effectiveness
  • Six Sigma certification is beneficial
