Role OverviewThe Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations. The role requires a strong sense of tradition and a willingness to work with children. The supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
What You Will Do
The Snow Crew Supervisor will supervise all Snow Makers, assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down, assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation, and exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prior supervisor experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
