Role OverviewWe are seeking a Snow Removal Crew Leader to oversee a team in clearing roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, and other areas in winter conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is conducted in a safe manner, maintaining work areas safe for employees, customers, and the public, and performing at a high and safe level of productivity.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include removing snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, supervising a team, creating a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic, and being on call during winter months.
