Role OverviewGroundSystems is seeking reliable and dedicated drivers to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Cincinnati area. As a driver, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services by operating company combo and sidewalk trucks throughout the winter season.
What You Will Do
Operate company-owned vehicles, apply deicing materials, maintain and clean trucks and equipment, and follow all company and safety guidelines on every site.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be available 24/7 during snow events, able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch, and use Aspire to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation.
Requirements
- Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minimum 3 years of driving experience required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
- Must understand and speak basic English
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
- Must use Aspire to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
