Role OverviewGroundSystems is seeking dependable and experienced individuals and subcontractors to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Northern Kentucky area. Help us deliver high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services during the winter season.
What You Will Do
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas, operate snow removal equipment, apply deicing materials, and maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in winter conditions, and follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE. Must be available 24/7 during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
- Must understand and speak basic English
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
- Must use TimeScape App to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (applies to driver roles only)
Benefits
- Up to $110/hr for Plow Truck Operator
- Up to $130/hr for Plow & Salt Combo (P/S Combo)
- Up to $130/hr for Skid Loader Operator
- Up to $275/hr for Loader Operator
- Up to $45/hr for Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew
- Up to $50/hr for Snow Equipment Operator
