Job Description
The Senior Manager, Portfolio Insights & Analytics, will drive the strategic direction and performance of our portfolio management processes, overseeing portfolio master data, ensuring adherence to standard portfolio processes, and delivering comprehensive performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of portfolio master data
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency with portfolio data classification and definitions
  • Document, socialize and continuously improve standard portfolio management processes
  • Implement robust performance monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to analyze portfolio performance
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives
  • Provide analytical and tactical support for Decision Analysis workshops
  • Support structured decision-making for selected program and project-level decisions
  • Manage relationships and interactions with senior leaders across R&D, Commercial Development, Finance, and Business Development
