Requirements

  • Planning, organizing and ensuring completion of the snubbing operation
  • Determining the need and use of equipment for each customer job
  • Enforce job safety procedures for each snubbing unit's operations
  • Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on unit service work
  • Promote sales of snubbing unit services
  • Provide training for new hires
  • Oversee maintenance of unit equipment
