Role OverviewThe Snyder Garage Collection Department Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of The Flying Dutchman Race Team and car collection. This position oversees the maintenance, transportation, safety, performance, and readiness of all race vehicles, support equipment, and fleet personnel.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff, oversee maintenance and repair of race support and vehicles, establish preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in team management, motorsports operations, automotive maintenance, or a related field
- Experience with classic cars and working on engines
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance programs, fleet operations, and transportation logistics
- Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and operational planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet management software systems
