Job Description
Performs highly advanced administrative hearing work for the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Presides over administrative hearings, reviews written records, and produces high-level legal drafting. Compiles and maintains record of evidence, ensuring proper handling of confidential sensitive information. May assign work for and supervise others. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of five years of litigation, presiding, or administrative law experience (or a combination of these areas)
  • Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas and in good standing at time of application
  • Valid driver's license
