Job Description
The Soccer League Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows soccer league, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and engaging experience for participants. This role will involve scheduling, volunteer management, communication, and program development, as well as supporting recruitment, hiring, and training of volunteer coaches and referees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with youth in a sports or recreational setting required
  • Experience coordinating leagues, events, or volunteer programs preferred
  • Knowledge of soccer rules, league structure, and youth sports best practices preferred
