Job Description
The Social Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing wedding celebrations and related social events at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa.

Requirements

  • Coordinate all aspects of social events
  • Administer wedding contracts
  • Serve as the on-site contact for social and wedding events
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with culinary, banquet, front office, and housekeeping teams
  • Manage room block reservations
  • Participate in tastings, planning meetings, and pre-event reviews
