Social Impact Specialist

The Social Impact Specialist will help drive meaningful community engagement by managing the global volunteer program, supporting philanthropic operations, and amplifying the impact of CrowdStrike's social impact initiatives.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead program execution for the CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program, recruit and support regional volunteer committees, facilitate quarterly calls, capture and share program impact, and drive marketing and communications strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as nonprofit management, communications, business or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, volunteer management or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing volunteer or employee engagement programs, ideally in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency with corporate giving or volunteer management platforms (YourCause or similar)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing program communications or campaigns
• Experience with budget management and financial tracking
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly around data integrity and reporting
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
