Role Overview

As the Ads Social Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in how Netflix tells its advertising story across social platforms. You will translate our Ads value proposition, research, and product innovation into compelling, channel-specific narratives that build awareness, consideration, and preference for Netflix Ads.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include building and executing social strategy for Netflix Ads, developing and implementing an integrated social and digital strategy, and designing and running always-on and campaign-based social programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in social media management or content marketing, ideally within media, advertising, technology, or publishing
  • Understanding of social platforms and strategy, social especially on LinkedIn and other platforms where advertisers, agencies, and industry stakeholders are highly active
  • Sharp creative judgment and a track record of finding unexpected, culturally resonant angles for a story
  • Experience translating business priorities, product positioning, or research into audience-first storytelling
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel social strategies that support brand and product narratives
  • Demonstrated success partnering with marketing, sales, product, research, and communications teams to bring cohesive narratives to market
  • Comfortable using data and experimentation to inform strategy, with a track record of leveraging insights to optimize content and programming
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams, locally and globally
  • High tolerance for change and a capacity to accomplish significant work in a dynamic, high-performance culture
