Job Description
Amplified Digital, a division of Lee Enterprises, is seeking a highly creative, performance-driven Social Media & Community Manager who lives and breathes social media.

Requirements

  • Own and execute social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create high-volume, high-quality short-form and long-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Track performance and report insights using analytics tools
  • Act as on-camera talent when needed
  • Travel to clinic locations and events across Illinois and Northwest Indiana to capture content
  • Reputation Management: monitor, respond to, QA, and escalate reviews
  • Identify review trends and surface insights
  • Community Engagement & Events: identify relevant community events, support tabling and in-person activations, capture live social content at events, act as a brand ambassador
  • Team Collaboration & Campaign Ideation: brainstorm viral content, challenges, and campaigns, support ad creative ideation and mockups, collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teams
