Job Description
Social Media Content Lead to create high-volume, high-impact content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that entertains, educates, and converts. Responsible for ideating, scripting, appearing on camera, and collaborating with Videographer and paid media team to continuously ship new creative.

Requirements

  • Co-own the social content calendar
  • Ideate and produce short-form content concepts
  • Serve as a recurring on-camera personality
  • Conduct man-on-the-street and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate with Videographer on shot lists and B-roll
  • Adapt and version content for different placements
  • Pull and interpret social performance metrics
  • Partner with paid media team to tag and pass top-performing organic content
  • Monitor fitness, health, and DTC creator trends
