Role OverviewBrightway is seeking a social-first marketer who lives and breathes content creation. This individual will lead the creation, distribution, and optimization of social media content across Brightway's channels while serving as a primary content creator, storyteller, and brand amplifier.
What You Will Do
Create high-quality content quickly while maintaining brand standards and platform relevance. Develop content tailored to multiple audiences including prospective franchise owners, insurance customers, employees, referral partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or creator-focused roles
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Demonstrated success growing engagement and audiences across multiple social platforms
- Proven portfolio of original content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other major channels
- Experience creating content featuring entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, franchisees, customers, or subject matter experts
- Experience managing influencer, creator, ambassador, or thought leadership relationships
