Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and brand-focused Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence of a rapidly growing luxury automotive brand.

Requirements

  • Own and execute the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop a strategic content plan that balances storytelling, product showcases, behind-the-scenes production, client spotlights, and aspirational lifestyle content.
  • Direct and manage photography and video production (internal team and external contractors), including shoot briefs, creative direction, and final approvals.
  • Maintain and enforce a distinct visual and tonal brand identity across all platforms.
  • Write high-impact captions and copy that drive engagement, conversation, and brand affinity.
  • Oversee brand asset protection on social platforms, including watermarking, usage rights management, and intellectual property monitoring.
  • Manage all social interactions including comments, DMs, tags, and mentions with a polished, luxury-level customer experience.
  • Identify and organically engage high-value followers, prospects, and aligned influencers.
  • Build authentic relationships with automotive and lifestyle content creators.
  • Monitor brand reputation across platforms and proactively manage feedback or potential issues.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling high-profile clients and unreleased vehicles.
  • Drive meaningful audience growth focused on quality over vanity metrics.
  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion indicators; adjust strategy based on performance data.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, trending formats, and emerging features.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to align content with inquiry generation and revenue impact.
  • Coordinate milestone content moments such as vehicle reveals, client deliveries, and production highlights.
