Job Description
Horizon Tech is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with around 4 to 5 years of experience to manage our social media presence, create engaging content using AI tools, and perform basic video editing for reels and short-form videos.

Requirements

  • Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar with a minimum of 2–3 posts per week.
  • Design engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns.
  • Develop creative content themes that support overall branding and marketing objectives.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Implement organic growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Support SEO-related activities to improve online visibility and brand positioning.
  • Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
