Job Description
The Social Media Manager owns Carter's presence across all social media platforms, developing strategies, creating content, and engaging with followers to drive business results.
Requirements
Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals
Content: Ideate, create, curate, schedule, and post fresh, platform-native content
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results
Community Management: Monitor and actively engage with followers, respond to interactions, and build online communities
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and translate insights into action
Trend Monitoring: Monitor and act on social trends relevant to Carter's story
Paid Campaign Management: Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
Influencer Relations: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
Content Calendar: Own and maintain a forward-looking content calendar
