Role OverviewThe Social Media Specialist supports the delivery and performance of organic social across our portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive creator ready for more ownership. You’ll independently manage a book of smaller accounts while supporting Social Media Managers on high-touch, complex global brands.
What You Will Do
Account Ownership: Independently managing small-to-medium organic social accounts end-to-end, ensuring content is on-brand and high-impact. Content Creation: Creating and editing platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe to capture the perfect vibe.
Why It Might Be a Fit
1–2 years of experience: You’ve successfully managed or supported social media accounts, ideally within an agency environment. Content Native: You have a strong portfolio of content created specifically for Instagram and TikTok and understand what makes people stop scrolling.

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or support

- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and potentially Adobe
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
