Role Overview

The Social Media Specialist supports the execution of the company’s social media strategy across corporate channels. This position is responsible for day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, copy development, publishing, channel management, and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

Plan, write, publish, and manage content across company social media channels, maintain and update the social media editorial calendar, draft and adapt social copy, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and measure and report social media performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content development, or communications
  • Experience managing at least two business or corporate social media channels
  • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn content management and publishing
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing editorial or content calendars and balancing multiple deadlines
  • Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to assess performance
  • Experience creating or coordinating basic creative assets for social use
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders
