Job Description
McCormick is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, schedule, and publish organic social content across various platforms, building relationships with consumers and driving engagement. The role requires collaboration with a copywriter and reports to a Social Media Content Manager. It's a hybrid position focused on 1:1 community management.

Requirements

  • Create and finalize monthly editorial social calendars.
  • Conceptualize and edit video content.
  • Manage social media content scheduling.
  • Follow industry trends and adapt to platform changes.
  • Proficient with Hootsuite or Sprinklr (Preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of native social insights tools (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
