We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across our digital platforms. This role drives brand awareness, strengthens community engagement, supports marketing initiatives, and fosters meaningful audience interaction through compelling storytelling and data-informed strategy.

What You Will Do

Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, capture and produce high-quality photo and video content, write compelling captions and copy, maintain a consistent brand identity, and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Two to four+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
  • A portfolio or examples of social content you've created and grown (please include links/handles)
  • Consistent, measurable growth in engagement, followers, and reach across core platforms
  • Experience creating photo, video, and graphic content for multiple social media platforms
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar creative tools)
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media performance reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
