Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile social media professional who can develop compelling content and social strategies for a growing healthcare and hospitality company in Central Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be able to understand different audiences, shift their voice and creative approach accordingly, and develop content that makes sense for each brand.

What You Will Do

As a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator, you will develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, community growth, and overall marketing effectiveness. You will create distinct strategies for the company's healthcare and hospitality brands, develop and manage social media campaigns, and stay ahead of social media trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience creating and editing high-quality video content
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and developing social campaigns
• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
• Experience with social media and digital analytics tools
• Healthcare and/or restaurant/hospitality marketing experience is a plus
• Experience managing social media for multiple brands or distinctly different audiences is highly desirable
