Job Description
The Social Responsibility Graduate Associate role is a full-time, immersive opportunity for recent college graduates to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional sports organization. The role involves implementing employee volunteerism, cause-marketing efforts, donation requests, and ticket donation programs, and developing relationships with community organizations to achieve department goals.

Requirements

  • Post Grad (recent college graduates within 24 months of graduation)
  • Degree in marketing and/or sports management preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing, community relations, or sports management experience preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and support multiple positions
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Strong teamwork and team synergy skills required
