Role OverviewThe Private Counsel Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services is seeking a Social Services Advocate to provide direct client support and advocacy, resource development, and consultation and training to defense attorneys. The position involves travel across the state to meet with clients, collaterals, and attend in-person meetings. The SSA will work to ensure CPCS clients achieve the most favorable legal and life outcomes.
What You Will Do
The PCD SSA will conduct brief and in-depth interviews with clients, provide ongoing client contact, interview collateral contacts, perform needs assessments, make referrals to services, and provide direct client re-entry support.

Requirements
