Job Description
Role Overview

This position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention/emergency lodging, housing search, case plans, financial literacy/budgeting, transportation, employment search/linkage, referral and linkage to community resources.

What You Will Do

Completion of client intake and assessment forms, data collection, and HMIS entry.

Requirements

  • Licensed social worker preferred
  • Experience working with persons facing housing crisis and/or homelessness preferred
  • Experience working with Veteran population preferred
  • Strong work ethic

  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards
