Role OverviewThis position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention/emergency lodging, housing search, case plans, financial literacy/budgeting, transportation, employment search/linkage, referral and linkage to community resources.
What You Will Do
Completion of client intake and assessment forms, data collection, and HMIS entry.

Requirements
- Licensed social worker preferred
- Experience working with persons facing housing crisis and/or homelessness preferred
- Experience working with Veteran population preferred

- At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards
