Job Description
The Social Services Specialist provides case management, client advocacy, and program support for individuals and families in need. The role requires assessing client needs, connecting individuals to community resources, and maintaining compliance with social services policies.

Requirements

  • Be prepared to work non-standard work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Operate a motor vehicle safely and have reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to work with families experiencing poverty, addiction, and/or neglectful or abusive situations
  • Formal education of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in human services programs or public service
  • Background check and child/adult maltreatment registry check required
