The Social Work Assistant will assist social workers in providing psychosocial services to participants at the Center for Elders' Independence, a PACE organization that provides high-quality, affordable, and integrated healthcare services to the elderly.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree from an accredited school
  • One year experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
  • One year experience working with the senior population, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
