Job Description
La Crosse County is seeking a Social Worker to support consumers with chronic mental illness through the Community Support Program. The primary role is to maintain a clinical treatment relationship and provide ongoing support to provide independence in the community. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field, Wisconsin Social Worker certification, and experience working with chronically mentally ill persons.
