Job Description

We are seeking a Social Worker to support consumers with mental health, physical disabilities, or intellectual disabilities through our Children's Long Term Support Waiver and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work (or any related college degree such as Sociology, Psychology or Criminal Justice)
Minimum of one year of experience working with children and/or youth with disabilities
Basic computer keyboarding skills for entering data related to clients
Certification by the State of Wisconsin as a Social Worker
