Job Description

We are seeking a Social Worker to support consumers with mental health, physical disabilities, or intellectual disabilities through our Children's Long Term Support Waiver and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work (or any related college degree such as Sociology, Psychology or Criminal Justice)
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children and/or youth with disabilities
  • Basic computer keyboarding skills for entering data related to clients
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin as a Social Worker
