What You Will Do
Provide psychosocial assessment and intervention, develop comprehensive plans, and link patients to community resources. Communicate with the work team and provide guidance to peers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong preference for at least one year of recent hospital/health agency experience. Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and have a Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
