Social Worker I

Catholic Charities is seeking a Social Worker I to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support to individuals and families served through Catholic Charities programs. The Social Worker I works directly with assigned clients to develop service plans, complete intake and annual assessments, and connect clients with appropriate community partners, resources, and Catholic Charities services.

What You Will Do

Provides initial and annual assessments, education, and case management services to assigned clients, prepares and maintains service plans, supports and advocates on behalf of clients, and maintains complete case documentation and records.

Requirements

• Current Social Work licensure approved by the State of Minnesota
• Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field
• At least one year of experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social services agency
• Ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance coverage
