Job Description
Indiana Connections Academy is seeking a Social Worker (K-6) to promote academic mission by providing services that strengthen home/school/community partnerships and alleviate barriers to learning. The Social Worker will work from their home office and across the state in Indiana.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Hold a valid IN School Social Work license
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in working with at-risk youth
  • Experience with special education preferred
  • Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer focused approach
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely
