Job Description
We are seeking a Social Worker (Mobile) to provide support to eligible formerly homeless clients living in Permanent Supportive Housing to promote well-being and stability.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Social Work with LMSW licensure within 1 year of hire
  • 2 years experience with adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder and/or homeless populations
  • Familiarity with behavioral health treatment approaches and resources, including harm-reduction models
