Role OverviewAs a Softgoods Sales Associate, you'll be the style and technical functional expert who helps guests look good, perform better and feel confident on the mountain. You'll bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, your eye for fashion, your technical knowledge and your love of helping people to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and managing our gear collection.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and engaging shopping experience. Connect with customers through genuine conversations to understand their style, needs, and mountain or après goals. Showcase your product expertise by sharing knowledge about technical features, fit, and mountain performance.

Requirements
