Role OverviewReporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Softgoods sales staff and department inventory control. The Softgoods Supervisor will be responsible for greeting all customers in the store, developing a rapport with customers, and building trust through product knowledge and delivery of accurate information. The position requires flexibility in schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends.
What You Will Do
The Softgoods Supervisor will be responsible for operating the cash register, merchandising the store, and completing sales. Other duties as assigned.
