Role OverviewReporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Softgoods sales staff and department inventory control.
What You Will Do
Greet all customers in the store, develop a rapport with customers, build trust through product knowledge, and operate the cash register to complete sales.

Requirements
- Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
- Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
- Have basic computer skills
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
