At Thryv, we're a team that lives by teamwork, respect, trust, and care for each other. We're looking for a Software Acceleration Associate (Entry Level Sales) in Austin, Texas to join our team. The role is a 6-month accelerated program focused on outbound software selling, offering competitive base pay + an uncapped sales incentive, and hands-on exposure to our Software Account Management (SAM) teams and full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
