Role OverviewJoin our Aurora Software and Electronics/Payloads Department as a Software Agile Product Owner Level 3 or 4. You'll be part of a team that supports numerous programs across Divisions and Business Units of the NG Space Sector business. As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for leading agile scrum teams and making data-driven decisions. You'll have opportunities for career advancement into higher level technical roles or leadership positions over one's career with us.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on a critical national security mission, developing software solutions, and collaborating with a team of software developers. You'll be responsible for writing technical documentation, communicating with program management and customers, and making decisions that drive the team's success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly)
- At least 3 years of Java Software Development experience
- At least 1 year of Agile Software Team leadership experience
- Experienced using Jira
- Experience working proposals and writing basis-of-estimates (BOEs) for software efforts
